The best tasting salmon to eat is the King Salmon also called the Chinook Salmon.

It's also the most expensive salmon as well but it's well worth it as it tastes very good.

Coho salmon is not a king salmon as they are different.

King Salmon has a deep red to white flesh color, softer flesh, with the highest oil content among all species of Salmon while the Coho Salmon has an orange-red flesh with a firm and mild flavor.

The most expensive salmon is King Salmon.

King Salmon is the most expensive salmon costing between $30.00 to $70.00 per lb.

The King Salmon also known as the Chinook salmon is the largest and most valuable species of Pacific salmon in North America, as well as the largest in the genus Oncorhynchus.

Its common name is derived from the Chinookan peoples.

The reason salmon is considered bad for you is salmon contains high levels of chemicals such as arsenic, mercury, PCBs, DDT, dioxins, and lead in their flesh and fat.

In excess these things can cause health issues and if you get too much mercury you can suffer mercury poisoning.

Although when eaten in moderation the salmon is not bad for you and actually healthy for you.

Keta Salmon is not bad for you in moderation as Keta Salmon contains healthy fats and Omega 3 which is very healthy for you and can support brain health, heart health and much more.

Keto Salmon and other Salmon is also good for weight loss and even Keto diets.

Keta Salmon is mostly from Hokkaido and Alaska although Keta Salmon is also native to Russia, Korea, Japan and China.

Sockeye Salmon is better than Keta Salmon because Sockeye Salmon is not as dry and is more flavorful than Keta Salmon.

Keta Salmon is still good to eat although it's more of a dry salmon with less flavor.

Sockeye Salmon does have mercury but the mercury content in Sockeye Salmon is not as high as other fish and other salmon so it's one of the safest types of salmon when ti comes to mercury content.

Because wild sockeye are naturally low in all contaminants and high in nutrients, it is safe as well as advisable to eat two to three servings per week.

Coho Salmon is better than Sockeye Salmon as Coho Salmon is healthier and a higher amount of Omega-3 Fatty Acids than Sockeye Salmon.

Coho Salmon also contains more iron, folate, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium and selenium than sockeye salmon.

Sockeye Salmon also contains more cholesterol than coho salmon.

The GREY part of salmon is just a type of fat known as subcutaneous fat..

The subcutaneous fat in Salmon is full of omega-3 fatty acids and healthy and it is situated between the skin and the flesh.

Eat it together with the pink/red colored meat.

Soaking Salmon before cooking makes the salmon taste better.

If you want to simply soak the salmon in something before cooking it then you can soak the salmon in a mixture of salt and water.

Take one spoon of salt per one cup of cold water and put it in something large enough to soak the salmon in.

You then soak the salmon in the salt water solution for 10 minutes.

If you want to marinate the salmon before cooking the best solution to marinate the salmon in is a solution of olive oil, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, lemon zest and other herbs and garlic.

To get the best results you should marinate Salmon for up to 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Salmon should be marinated for a minimum of 30 minutes but marinating the salmon for an hour makes the salmon much better.

But any longer than an hour of marinating the salmon can become mushy and fall apart.

You should never leave Salmon or any other fish marinating overnight because if you marinate the salmon or other fish overnight the salmon or fish can become mushy and fall apart.

Salmon should be marinated for no longer than 1 hour while in the refrigerator.

When marinating salmon or other fish it takes between 30 minutes to an hour for the salmon to finish marinating which is long enough.

If you leave the salmon or any other fish marinating longer than an hour the fish or other salmon can begin to get mushy.

Then as the salmon or other fish becomes mushy it then begins to fall apart.

I made the mistake of marinating salmon overnight before and it ruined the salmon.

I then found out that I should not marinate it longer than 1 hour and after finding that out the salmon has turned out just fine when marinating it.
