You lose some weight when you poop but not fat.

The weight you lose when you poop is the weight of the water and the poop and not the fat.

When sleeping you do lose some weight which is caused by water loss that occurs through breathing and sweating.

You don't lose much weight when sleeping but you do lose some weight when sleeping.

When losing weight you do urinate more and more often which is normal.

When your body starts to use up the stored water, you will urinate more causing your total body weight to go down.

When losing weight you do sometimes poop more especially when you're eating more fiber rich foods and including more fiber in your diet can increase stool weight and encourage more regular bowel movements.

Your true weight is in the morning as overnight you've had time to digest food and liquids.

So your body won't have that additional liquid and food in it to increase your weight.

The first thing in the morning is when you should weigh yourself for your true weight.

For the most accurate weight, weigh yourself first thing in the morning.

[Weighing yourself in the morning is most effective] because you've had adequate time to digest and process food (your 'overnight fast').

In the morning when you wake up is when you weigh the least.

The time of day that you weigh the least is when you wake up in the morning and empty your bladder.

You should weigh yourself first thing in the morning which is when you weigh the least.

Drinking water does make you gain some weight but it's only known as water weight and when that water leaves your body through urination and keeping you hydrated then you lose that weight from the water.

You're not gonna gain weight by drinking water though.

How heavy you should be or how much you should weigh depends on your age and height.

Also females tend to weigh somewhat less than males.

However most adults should weigh between 104 lbs to 138 lbs.
