The age at which you should start getting Botox is between 20 to 30 years old or when you start noticing wrinkles.

The age at which you should get Botox is around 20 to 30 years old.

The sooner you get Botox treatments the better off you will be with preventing wrinkles as you age.

You can get Botox as young as age 18 but not everyone needs Botox that early in life.

People who should not get Botox are those under 18 years of age or over the age of 65 or if you have an allergy or allergies to any ingredients in Botox or Botox Cosmetic.

You should not get Botox if you're allergic to another botulinum toxin brand (such as Myobloc, Xeomin or Dysport) or had any side effect from these products in the past.

The side effects of Botox include.

Unusual or severe muscle weakness (especially in a body area that was not injected with the medication);
A loss of bladder control;
A hoarse voice, trouble talking or swallowing;
Drooping eyelids or eyebrows;
Pain, swelling or bruising at the injection site.
Headache or flu-like symptoms.
Droopy eyelid or cockeyed eyebrows.
Crooked smile or drooling.
Eye dryness or excessive tearing.

You can go blind from Botox although it's rare that it happens.

However going blind from Botox is one of the risks that comes with Botox injections.

Other risks of Botox besides blindness include uneven eyebrows and drooping eyelids.

Botox is an injection that works by blocking the signals from the nerves to your muscles.

Botox is injected to the muscle which prevents the muscle from contracting which then relaxes and softens wrinkles.

The poison that is in Botox is a toxin produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum which is the same toxin that causes food poisoning.

Xeomin is better than Botox as Xeomin is more fast acting and works faster than Botox although both Xeomin and Botox are equally effective and produce the same results.

But if you want faster results then using Xeomin is better than using Botox.

Dysport is better than Botox as Dysport lasts longer and tends to look more natural.

Although Botox is very effective as well but it sometimes does not look as natural as Dysport or other alternatives to Botox.

Juvederm is better than Botox in that it lasts longer and sometimes looks more natural.

Botox tends to look less natural than Juvederm although it does not last as long as Botox.

Botox is better than fillers although fillers can be just as effective as Botox.

Although in a way the fillers can be better than Botox for some people as the fillers also last longer than Botox.

Botox contains purified bacteria that freeze muscles.

In doing so, Botox can help minimize the appearance of lines and wrinkles caused by facial expressions.

Dermal fillers contain ingredients that add fullness to areas that have thinned due to aging.

This thinning is common in the cheeks, lips, and around the mouth.

Alternatives to Botox include Dysport.

FaceXercise.
Acupuncture. Acupuncture as an anti-aging treatment is a relatively new procedure, but it's a promising one.
Face patches.
Vitamins.
Facial creams.
Chemical peels.

Spilanthol is the most Botox-like, as it aims to relax your features and facial muscles to reduce lines.

Meanwhile, blady grass extract works to deliver major moisture to skin, and hyaluron aims to maintain skin's suppleness and youth!

Mini Botox is Botox that is meant to give your face and skin a more natural look than regular Botox.

Mini Botox is also known as Baby Botox.

Mini Botox works the same way as traditional Botox, however difference is that Mini Botox aims to achieve a more natural-looking result.

Botox is made from botulinum toxin type A. Botulinum blocks the nerve signals that tell your muscles to contract.

Botox is injected where it's needed which is usually in the forehead and the outer eye area as well.

Botox injections are commonly injected into three main sites which are the forehead lines, crow's feet lines around the eyes and the vertical '11' frown lines between the eyebrows.

Botox is worth the money if you can afford it as the Botox treatments help to prevent wrinkles and help you look younger.

Botox is one of the easiest ways to reduce wrinkles and make you look younger and a lot of celebrities and actresses use Botox to make them look better on TV.

Botox has both short-term and long-term benefits.

Botox not only reduce wrinkles and stops ageing but Botox also offers medical benefits.

And on a short-term basis, Botox can immediately improve the appearance of your lines.

Botox costs between $200.00 to $300.00 depending on how many units of Botox you need for your treatment.

You may need between 30 to 40 units of Botox which can cost between $300.00 to $600.00

Forehead Botox costs around $200.00 to $300.00 per treatment.

You will typically need around 20 units of Botox for your forehead and the Botox units cost around $10.00 to $15.00 per unit.

Botox is not permanent and requires repeat Botox Injections to maintain the results you desire from Botox as it eventually wears off.

Botox wears off within 3 to 4 months and so you need to have a Botox Injection every 3 to 4 months to prevent the Botox from wearing off.

Repeated Botox treatments are necessary for continued wrinkle-reducing effects.

Most people find that the muscle-relaxing effect of Botox lasts for 3 to 4 months.

In cosmetic procedures, Botox injections are used to smooth frown lines and prevent signs of aging by paralyzing or weakening the muscles which cause wrinkles in the skin.

Botox results can last up to six months and need to be repeated over time to maintain its results.

If you happen to stop Botox treatments after many years of regular injections, the only effect will be that your wrinkles will return, albeit a bit more slowly than if you had not been using Botox.

Even after you stop getting Botox Injections, you will still look younger than you would have if you had never been injected.

From a medical point of view, once the effects of Botox wear off, your face will NOT look older.

Actually the opposite happens with certainty.

Botox injections help you get rid of some of the unwanted wrinkles around the eyes, forehead, chin etc.

You may think that the cost of Botox is not worth it.

However, Botox has both short-term and long-term benefits.

Botox doesn't only reduce wrinkles and stop ageing but also offer medical benefits.

On a short-term basis, Botox can immediately improve the appearance of your lines.
