The fastest way to relieve back pain is to apply a heating pad to the back.

Lay on the heating pad and the heating pad can help relieve the back pain and help it go away.

You can also soak in a hot tub and also take a hot shower.

And take some pain medicine such as Aspirin or Ibuprofen.

To fix back pain you can get a massage, use a heating pad, stretch your back, get acupuncture, apply some pain cream, soak in a hot bath, take a hot shower, stretch, use ice and keep good posture.

You may also need to see a doctor about the back pain if you cannot get it to go away on it's own or if the back pain gets worse.

Some ways to know when your back pain is serious is if you experience persistent back pain that does not go away or intensifies or you experience other symptoms with the back pain which include.

Sudden spike in pain, discomfort, weakness or numbness.
 Loss of bladder function.
 High fever.
 Severe stomach pain.
 Unexplainable weight loss.
The pain results from a fall or severe blow to your back.

You should be worried about back pain if the back pain lasts longer than a week or two or the back pain gets worse or last for days at a time.

If your back pain lasts more than two weeks and keeps you from participating in normal, daily activities, see your family doctor.

If your pain is severe, you should see a doctor sooner.

You should seek urgent medical care if you have: Fever associated with back pain.

Back pain should last around a week or two before seeing a doctor.

However if you want to see a doctor before then it's okay as sometimes back pain may be a cause of something serious especially if the back pain persists.

While some back pain is only mild to moderate, severe back pain is when your pain is constant, intense or gets worse when you're resting or at night.

Your pain is persistent. If your back pain lasts longer than three months, it's considered chronic and may require a tailored treatment plan.

It is normal for back pain to come and go.

Sometimes back pain is the result of strain of the back or a pulled muscle in the back.

And once the muscle heals up the back pain may go away and not come back until later or when you strain the back again.

Back strains and sprains are the most common cause of back pain.

You can injure muscles, tendons or ligaments by lifting something too heavy or not lifting safely.

Some people strain their back by sneezing, coughing, twisting or bending over.

Most back pain is nothing serious although in some cases back pain may be a result of a serious issue and you should see a doctor or go to the emergency room.

Signs that the back pain may be serious include.

Sudden spike in pain, discomfort, weakness or numbness.
 Loss of bladder function.
 High fever.
 Severe stomach pain.
 Unexplainable weight loss.
The pain results from a fall or severe blow to your back.

Most people's back pain dissipates in about a week or two, but if your pain is long-term or chronic, it's time to see a spine specialist."

Some ways to manage back pain at home include.

Keep Moving.
Stretch and Strengthen. Strong muscles, especially in your abdominal core, help support your back.
Keep Good Posture.
Maintain a Healthy Weight.
