If you mean when you go to connect to your website and you can't access the domain or website because there's a dns error then it usually means that the DNS server has become unreachable usually due to an outage somewhere between your internet service provider and your web hosting account where your website resides on.
The problem should get resolved pretty soon and there's usually nothing you can do to fix it other than wait.
