Other countries with the healthiest breakfasts are Denmark who eats Rye bread, cheese, eggs and fruit for breakfast and Greece eats yogurt, fruits and olives for breakfast.

Japan, South Korea and Luxembourg also eat healthiest breakfasts.

Protein powder, fruits and leafy greens are also great breakfast food choices as they given you sustained energy and keep you feeling full longer.
