It depends on the speed you're walking on the treadmill. So if you set the speed of the treadmill at 3 MPH it will take you 60 minutes to walk 3 miles on the treadmill.
If you bump up the speed to 4 MPH then it should take you 50 minutes to walk 3 miles on a treadmill.
