Never burn any wood that has creosote on it such as railroad ties. lol But other than that I know of no other wood that shouldn't be burned in an enclosed wood stove.

Pine is even okay to burn in a wood burning stove just make sure that the pine firewood and any other wood you have for firewood is seasoned good enough for burning to prevent creosote buildup which can cause a chimney fire.

Be sure to have your chimney inspected and cleaned yearly after every burning season or run a chimney cleaning brush down the chimney pipe yourself yearly.

It might be too often but it's better to have a clean chimney every year than it is to have a chimney fire.
