I would just go with a Centurylink DSL modem and purchase it outright instead of leasing the modem from Centurylink.
If you lease it you'll continue to pay money for the modem but if you just pay the purchase price of the Centurylink DSL modem you'll own it and save money.
I have Centurylink DSL and use the Centurylink modem and it works just fine.
If you go with a Centurylink DSL modem you know the modem is gonna be compatible with Centurylink DSL service.
