What conditions automatically qualify you for disability?

What are some conditions a person could have that would automatically qualify them for disability payments?

Is there a condition a person could have where they can't work that would guarantee that person to qualify for and receive disability payments?

Getting disability benefits today is harder than it used to be in the past.

The reason it's getting harder to win the case on disability benefits is so many people are claiming disability when they clearly can work some form of job.

When applying for disability payments the person applying for disability will have to prove that they're unable to work even a sedentary job such as a office job where you type on the computer or answer phones.

If someone has a mental disability where they function as say a 5 year old then they will most likely get on disability.

Or if someone has bad back problems or is severely disabled where they're unable to speak or walk etc then that person clearly has a disability where they can and should receive disability benefits.

You'll have to have a lawyer fight for your disability benefits as well and give them some money to fight for the disability if they win your disability case.

If you win you should receive back payments. You'll need doctors to say you're disabled as well to get disability payments.
