What happens if someone gets pulled over and doesn't have there drivers license with them?

Say the person had a drivers license but lost it or left it at home by accident?

Will the person get arrested for not having a Drivers License on them?

It depends on your States laws and the officer who pulled you over.

In some States you can get a ticket which most likely will get dismissed when you show up in court with your Drivers License.

Others will just run your name and address through the computer and will most likely let you go on your way without a ticket if a license comes back on there computer.

Try to always make sure you have your license with you.

I know I've driven a few times without my wallet and luckily I didn't get pulled over.

Hey, I've been in a situation where I got pulled over without my driver's license, and it can be stressful. While I don't encourage using fake IDs, there are legitimate scenarios where you might need a backup form of ID. One option could be checking out FairyID.com to order fake id. They offer various identification solutions, but remember to use them responsibly and within the bounds of the law. It's always better to have your real documents in order, but having a backup ID can sometimes save you from unnecessary hassles during unexpected situations.
