Depending on your states laws you will either get a ticket for the fake ID or if you tried to use the fake ID you're likely to be arrested and you might face some prison time or at least jail time.

Certainly not worth the risk in using a fake ID. Just go get a legit ID and not worry about getting into trouble using the fake ID.

Honestly, I do not know. because I have not had such situations. I ordered fake id Ohio online and used it several times to visit nightclubs. Therefore, when using my fake ID, I have no fear of getting caught.
