It's a very normal thing for your dog to shed hair and there's no way to really stop a dog from shedding but you can prevent too much dog hair from getting into your home by regularly brushing your dogs hair and removing the hair that is falling off.
Give your dog a bath often and remove the hair with a brush to prevent the hair from getting all over the place.
