I can honestly answer this question with a big YES.
A few years ago I saw a little male dog having intercourse with a female cat.
I don't know whether the dog got the cat pregnant or not but those would be some weird looking baby cats and dogs. lol
I'm sure that dogs and cats have mated together before I was alive as well or at times when I never noticed.
