Is it better to drink warm drinks or cold drinks on cold winter days?

When it's cold outside is it better to drink cold drinks or warm drinks?

I drink warm drinks such as hot tea or hot coffee when it's cold outside.

I've also heard it's better to drink warm drinks on hot days to regulate your body temperature. But I can not stand to drink warm drinks when it's hot out.

I always drink ice cold drinks on hot days and I've survived and haven't had any health issues.
But always will drink warm or hot drinks when winter is here.
