What can cause bladder leakage in young males?

I'm 20 years old male and suffer from bladder leakage. It's not bad enough yet to require adult diapers but I feel I may have to wear adult diapers by the time I'm 30 or before.

I thought bladder leakage didn't happen to people unless they're old?

Urinary incontinence can be caused by a number of things. Although urinary incontinence is more common in older people urinary incontinence doesn't just happen to older people and doesn't just happen because of old age.

Urinary incontinence can be caused by bladder infections,weak bladder muscles, Urinary tract infections, bladder cancer and even kidney disease.

I would recommend seeing your doctor as they may be able to cure your urinary incontinence before it gets too bad.

For bladder leakage treatment at home you can try doing some Kegel Exercises to help strengthen your bladder muscles.
