When you're pregnant you should also have some spotting or implantation bleeding that happens around 10 days after ovulation.

A missed period is also one of the symptoms of pregnancy so if you've gone a week or more without a period or menstrual cycle then you're likely pregnant.

You can begin getting symptoms of pregnancy as early as 4 weeks after trying to conceive a baby.

Women will normally get their period about 4 weeks from the start of their last period, but if the woman is pregnant, one of the clearest Symptoms of Pregnancy at this point is a woman's missed period.

Most women still feel fine during their pregnancy at 4 weeks in, but other women may notice pregnancy symptoms such as sore breasts, fatigue, frequent urination, and even nausea or morning sickness.

Seafood.

Pineapples.
Raw/Undercooked Eggs and Meats.

When your belly gets hard during pregnancy it's most often caused by excessive stretching of your abdominal muscles which generally happens around weeks 7 and 8 of the pregnancy, and it is normal for the lower abdomen to appear more swollen and harder than when you were not pregnancy.

When a fetus dies inside you it's known as a miscarriage and most often your doctor will give you some medicine that helps induce labor to help expel the dead fetus from your body.

Or surgery may be performed to remove the dead fetus.

It is possible to sometimes miscarry and still be pregnant.

The symptoms of miscarriage are usually vaginal bleeding and lower tummy pain.

It is important to see your doctor or go to the emergency room if you have signs of a miscarriage.

The most common sign of a miscarriage is vaginal bleeding, which can vary from light red or brown spotting to heavy bleeding.

Miscarriage is the spontaneous loss of a pregnancy before the 20th week. About 10 to 20 percent of known pregnancies end in miscarriage.

But the actual number is likely higher because many miscarriages occur very early in pregnancy before you might even know about a pregnancy.

It's thought most miscarriages are caused by abnormal chromosomes in the baby.

Chromosomes are genetic "building blocks" that guide the development of a baby.

If a baby has too many or not enough chromosomes, it will not develop properly.

During a miscarriage, an embryo or fetus is spontaneously expelled from the uterus but can't yet live in the outside world.

After 20 weeks, the loss of a fetus is called a stillbirth instead of a miscarriage.

Vaginal Bleeding is the most common sign of a miscarriage along with other signs which include.

Cramping and pain in your lower tummy.
A discharge of fluid from your vagina.
A discharge of tissue from your vagina.
And no longer experiencing the symptoms of pregnancy, such as feeling sick and breast tenderness.

Yes a fetus can die inside the womb and not be a miscarriage.

When a fetus does die in the womb suddenly without you knowing it the term for the baby dying in the womb without knowing it is called intra-uterine fetal death.

So it can also be considered miscarriage when the baby dies in your womb but does not discharge from the women's uterus.

However the baby can die before it develops fully and not discharge but not miscarry.

It's rare that a baby dies in the womb and doesn't develop fully but it can and does happen from time to time.

But when you do miscarry a baby you're usually more fertile and can easily get pregnant again afterwards.
