ABS stands for Anti Lock braking system. An ABS light coming on could mean a few different things such as low brake fluid, a blown fuse, or abnormal signals coming from your cars wheel sensors.
I would check the brake fluid level first and if it's low top it off. But if the brake fluid is low it could mean you have a leak in the cars braking system somewhere which needs to be fixed.
