If you're using wordpress for your blog you can download and install a sitemap plugin that will create a sitemap easily for your wordpress site.
To submit your sitemap to google follow these steps.
Select your site on your Google Search Console home page.
Click Crawl.
Click Sitemaps.
Click ADD/TEST SITEMAP.
In the text field next to your domain, type sitemap.xml.
Note: Do not enter any additional text. For example, do not enter the page name.
Click Submit Sitemap.
To submit your sitemap to bing follow these steps.
Log into Bing Webmaster Tools.
Type your website into the Add a Site box and click Add.
Type
http://yourdomain.com/xmlsitemap.php into the Add a sitemap box. Replace yourdomain.com with your webiste's URL.
Fill in the rest of the required credentials, then Save.
