Just yesterday I noticed my cat's rear paw is swollen? I'm concerned about it but can't afford to take him to the vet right this moment.

Is there anything I should be worried about with his swollen paw and should he see a vet?

It could be due to infection either from an overgrown claw that has grown into the Paw pad or a bite or similar puncture wound.

It will probably go away on it's own. But a vet visit is recommended.

Hope your kitty feels better soon.
