You can still be pregnant and not have any implantation bleeding.
But if you don't have any implantation bleeding and you confirmed you're pregnant then there's usually nothing to worry about and it doesn't mean you'll have any complications with your pregnancy.
My sister didn't get any implantation bleeding when she had her second child and she and the baby were just fine.
