Will placing a fan behind a wood stove help increase heat circulation through house?

If I place a box fan behind my wood stove will it help heat the home better and increase the heat throughout the house?

Using a box fan or other fan behind your wood stove will help push the heat out away from the stove better and circulate the heat into the rest of your home and warm it up faster.

A box fan doesn't consume too much electricity and is well worth the cost of running it to distribute the heat throughout your home.

A typical box fan will cost you around $6.00 per month if it's run 24 hours per day. A ceiling fan will also help push the heat back down from the ceiling and spread it throughout your home.
