If you are selling your home you should get it listed for sale as soon as possible.
This will give people the time to find it on the real estates websites or other websites such as Zillow. People may not be looking at homes during the winter months as much offline but they will shop for homes online from home and put the home on their list to view later if it's still available.
Listing it now would probably make for a faster sale come spring.
