Is 190 over 70 blood pressure in older adult considered high blood pressure?

Your blood pressure should be below 190 and if it's 190 or above you should certainly get to a doctor to get your blood pressure in check.

Keep a record of your blood pressure readings and let the doctor know if the blood pressure has been too low or to high.

 A normal blood pressure reading is between 120/80 to 140/90 anything above that is not normal and you should see a doctor ASAP.
