If the police kick down the wrong door, who pays to replace it?

The city or police department is responsible for paying for damages to your home if they get the wrong house.

Sometimes you'll have to go to them and make them pay for the damages if they don't give you form to fill out on their own.

The county or city should be responsible for damages to your home if they got the wrong home when busting in.
