How accurate is a 10 day weather forecast?

A weather forecast is not very accurate past 2 days and certainly not very accurate at all 10 days out.

Keep checking the 10 day forecast and you'll notice it will change day after day.

Never rely on a forecast longer than 2 days heck don't even rely on a days forecast because the weather can change within minutes.

Hey there. I think that 10 Day Weather forecast have about 50% accuracy. But it is only my opinion. Long range forecasts usually start with real forecast, but as the time get longer, the forecast starts factoring climatology into the forecast more and more. This process is quite difficult in general, so it is normal. But still you can check for example weather forecast for next day or even New York summer weather and it will be correct.
