If I have unlimited data can I watch videos without being billed extra?

I have unlimited data on my cell phone, does that mean that I can watch youtube or other videos all I want on my cell phones data and not be charged extra money?

Read your TOS to be sure. But some unlimited data cell phone services will throttle your data speed after a certain amount of data usage such as 10 GB.
