How to appeal youtube suspension by spam?

My youtube account got suspended because they say I spammed but I didn't spam. At least I don't think I did.

How can I appeal my youtube account that was suspended for spam and get my youtube account reinstated?

You can go to https://www.youtube.com/t/contact_us and appeal there.

Tell them that you didn't spam and that you would like to get your account reinstated.

There's no guarantee though that they'll un suspend your account and you then will have to just create a new youtube account.
