Does a judge decide the outcome of your court case based on the way you dress?

Some judges do decide your case on the way you're dressed for court.

It's best to dress up in a suit or other fancy looking clothes before going for a judge.

But then again some judges don't care what you're wearing which is the way it should be. But you should dress to impress just in case the judge bases decisions on the way your dressed.
