Sorry to hear you're having bed wetting problems. I went through it myself when I was growing up and yes it is indeed embarrassing to have the problem.
I could never actually do anything to make it quit and just had to let it run it's course until I stopped at 16.
But some things you could do is try to avoid liquids an hour or 2 before going to bed, try urinating a few times before going to bed to make sure you've emptied your bladder as much as you can.
