It's probably gonna be cheaper to just rent an apartment or house and stay in the apartment or house in the warmer climate and then go back to where you were before once winter is over.
Of course with an RV you can just pickup and move to another city or town or even state when you feel like it.
With renting you're tied to a lease that you must stick too.
