Can pampers diapers cause a chemical burn?

I was given some pampers diapers at my babies baby shower but I've heard that babies have gotten chemical burns from the pampers diapers and am scared to use them on my newborn son.

Has the chemical burn problem with Pampers baby diapers been fixed or are babies still getting chemical burns from the pampers diapers?

I believe the chemical burn from pampers diapers only affected babies and toddlers that were sensitive to the chemical used in the diapers.

A lot of toddlers and babies are wearing pampers baby diapers without any chemical burns.
