Is 37F considered cold weather?

Tomorrow night it's supposed to get to 37F is that considered cold and should I be prepared to turn the heating on at the 37F?

Yes to me 37 F would be cold. It's only 55F out right now and I have my coat on in the house so I won't have to turn the heat on yet.

55F isn't really cold but is chilly enough that I'm shivering and need a coat.

So yes I'd say you need to wear a coat when it's 37F and the heat should come on.
