I'm using windows xp desktop with a wireless wifi antenna attached and every so often I will get the error of DNS Probe Finished No internet error?

I can connect to the internet with my tablet using the same router so I know it's not the router. I keep having to unplug the antenna and reconnecting every 10 minutes which is getting annoying.

How can I fix this darn problem?

Thanks

I get the same thing sometimes and it's frustrating. Here's what I do to fix the issue.

Solution: Command Prompt

First of all you need to Open an elevated Command Prompt i.e. Command Prompt with Admin Rights. Once it is opened, copy and paste or type the following commands one by one (in the same sequence).

Type the first one and then hit enter and then type the second one and then so on and so forth.

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /all
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew

netsh int ip set dns
netsh winsock reset

Now you need to Restart your computer. After the restart the dns_probe_finished_no_internet aka dns probe finished no internet issue should be gone. Voilla!!
