Itunes cannot locate the cd configuration folder?

I keep getting this error with Itunes it says it cannot locate the cd configuration folder?

What is causing this problem with Itunes and how can I solve it?

This has happened to me before and here is is what I had to do to solve it.

 I had Itunes on A second hard drive. So I copied the CD configuration folder from my G drive into the itunes folder on the c drive.

Then when I opened Itunes, the error went away and I was able to burn a disk.
