Am I too young to wear adult diapers for my urinary incontinence?

I'm 30 years old and I'm starting to wet my pants before I get to a bathroom?

I'm thinking I might have to wear adult diapers when away from home and not close to a restroom to catch any urine I leak out or in case I actually wet my pants.

Nobody is too young nor too old to wear diapers if they need too.

If you need to wear diapers to prevent wetting your pants then you should wear them and not let others influence your decision.

Most people won't even notice you wearing a diaper and if they do happen to notice they most likely won't say anything.

But incontinence can usually be fixed and you should see a doctor to be sure nothing more serious is going on.

Incontinence is not normal at any age so do get checked out.
