Can a 30 year old male have urinary incontinence?

I'm 30 years old and male. I have noticed that I have begun to wet my pants and can't seem to hold in my urine for too long to make it to the bathroom.

Luckily I was at home but I wet my pants before I was able to make it to the bathroom today.

Is there anything I can do to help with my incontinence. I hope I don't have to start wearing adult diapers at age 30 but I guess if I have to I will.

Is there any cures out there to stop my urinary incontinence?

Although incontinence seems to happen more with older people such as those in there 70's and 80s.

Incontinence is not a normal part of aging though and can happen to anyone at any age. Incontinence can usually be cured through kegal exercises and even some medication.

If you're suddenly experience dribbling or other forms of urinary incontinence then you should see a doctor to rule out anything more serious.
