It depends on the baby and even the age of the baby.
For some babies it doesn't bother them to be in a wet diaper at all. While other babies will cry and cry until you change the wet diaper.
Once a child a gets past 1 year old then wet and even dirty poop filled diapers don't seem to bother some of them and you have to chase after them and force them to get their diaper changed. lol
