What are overactive bladder foods to avoid?

I have overactive bladder and was wondering what some foods out there that I should avoid eating that could worsen my overactive bladder?

When you have overactive bladder you should avoid anything that contains caffeine.
Caffeine can irritate your bladder and cause your overactive bladder to get worse.
