What did Hugh Hefner the playboy star die of?

I just heard that Hugh Hefner died at the age of 91 at his mansion the playboy mansion.

Does anyone know what he was doing when he died or how he died?

I heard that he died of a heart attack while having sex with twins in the playboy mansion.

That's just what I heard though so I'm not sure if that's true or not.

We do know that he died at age 91 due to natural causes.
