Which is better for heavy wetting Plastic backed Adult Diapers or Cloth Backed Adult diapers?

I find that cloth backed adult disposable diapers tend to seep urine through the thin plastic backing that's underneath the cloth like cover.

I'd go with the plastic backed diapers. Depends protection with tabs are a good in store plastic backed adult disposable diaper if you can't order online.

Depends went to cloth backed but then went back to the plastic backing after negative feedback against the cloth backed version they put out.

If you can order diapers online then Molicare or Attends poly briefs are good diapers.
