The best foods that help fight fatigue are. 

Water.

Water although not a food but a drink is a very important thing you need to have a healthy body as well as keeping energy levels up. 

You should strive to drink around 8 glasses of water per day. Water will help boost your energy levels and fight fatigue. 

Eat Bananas. 

Bananas have been known by researchers to boost a persons energy level as well. And bananas also contain potassium a nutrient that is very healthy for you in other ways. 

Eat oatmeal. 

Oatmeal is another good food to eat that is easy to prepare and will give you energy as well as provide health for your heart. 

Beans. 

Beans are a good food to eat as well to help fight fatigue. Eating beans is another good thing for your heart. 

Another thing if you want to help fight fatigue is get plenty of exercise.
