Is driving without auto insurance a felony charge?

If it's your first offense then driving without insurance is only misdemeanor and not a felony.

But if you're a habitual offender you'll will get a Felony Charge.

My recommendation is don't risk driving without insurance. Walk if possible, even ride a bicycle or get a ride with someone who does have insurance if you can't afford Auto Insurance.
