Tracfone will not accept my Tracfone Airtime card pin number?

I bought a Tracfone Airtime card today and have tried adding it through the phone itself and through the internet but says that the tracfone card has already been used?

I haven't used it before and the store will not refund me the money I paid. Anyone else have there tracfone card not work?

This happened to me too and what I had to do to resolve is call up Tracfone Customer service using the number on the back of the Tracfone AirTime card.

It's usually just a glitch in the Tracfone System. You might have to wait on hold for awhile but call them and tell them that the card you just bought isn't working and they should get it resolved.
