Can Alzheimer's Disease be prevented by getting regular exercise and keeping an active mind?

How can one prevent getting Alzheimer's disease?

Staying active can probably prevent Alzheimer's disease.

 But Alzheimer's disease is also genetic so if you have family who has had or has Alzheimer's disease then you might get it anyway.

But doctors do suggest that you keep active, eat healthy and get lots of exercise for not only your body but your brain too.

Exercise your mind by doing puzzles, reading and learning new things. Do Memory recall as well.
