Is 38 years of age considered old?

My oldest brother is about to turn 38 in 8 months and he says he's getting old?

Do you think 38 is old?

No. He's not old at all at 38. 38 is still pretty young.

38 is at the prime of his life.

I hope not. I turn 38 in 8 years and 7 months.

When I was 20 I thought 30 would be old. Now that I'm just 7 months away from being 30 I don't think it's so old.
I sure don't feel any older than I did when I was 20.

Age is just a number and I didn't really feel any different when I turned 18.
