That depends on what you might regret doing once you're past your 20's. If you want to pursue a career in something than you should go to college for that in your 20's so you won't regret not going when you're in your 30s.
But you can still pursue a career at any age you want too.
You should also try to live it up in your 20's because as you age you may not be able to get around as good as you used to.
