They're not very accurate. I checked my own website on Similarweb and it says I'm getting 5,000 visits but I get 90,000 visits to my website.
The only really accurate way of getting website traffic stats is by asking the website owner itself or looking into your awstats or google analytics.
All those other websites can do is estimate because they don't have a code placed into your website.
