I've heard that Pampers baby diapers cause chemical burns on babies and toddlers? What chemical is exactly causing these chemical burns from the pampers diapers?

I'm not 100% sure on the exact chemical and I'm sure nobody else is either except the people at pampers.

But it the rashes could be caused by the ink that or whatever it is exactly that prints the cartoon characters on the diapers.

I don't think the old plain white plastic backed pampers had the chemical burn problems that today's cloth backed baby diapers have.

When pampers first came out and up until the 1980's the pampers diapers were just plain white diapers without any prints and then around 1985 I think they started putting just a little cartoon characters on them on the front of the diaper at the landing zone for the tapes.

Come to think of it. The chemical burn from pampers could be coming from the chemicals they use to make that scent in their diapers.

And could likely be caused by the Chlorine they use in diapers.

Chlorine is a chemical and can burn your skin.
