When disciplining your toddler never give in on anything. When you say you're gonna do something then do it and never show a smile otherwise your toddler won't take you serious.
You should take away toys he loves, put him in time out, give him a spanking etc.
If you give in to what he requests then he'll realize that if he throws a tantrum then he'll get what he wants and that's very bad.
Make him go to bed early if he throws a fit and messes things up.
